A monthly supply subscription, delivered as one black box. Members buy a three-month plan up front and receive it as three scheduled monthly deliveries — one Reserve black box each month — managed from a Reserve account.
The Reserve black box: your plan's set of materials for that month, packed together in one presentation box and sent by tracked delivery. The box is packaging — the materials inside are for laboratory research use only.
Three calendar months, with three scheduled deliveries — one at the start, then one each month after.
No. The complete three-month price is paid once, before the first box ships. The second and third boxes carry no further charge.
Nothing is charged automatically. During your three months you can ask us, from your account, to prepare the next three. It begins only after you approve it and its payment is received.
Yes, for your next three months. When you request them you can choose any plan that is available to you.
Yes. Before your first box is dispatched, cancelling refunds you in full. After that, you can cancel the boxes that have not yet been sent and are refunded their share of the pricely price — one third for each. Nothing in the Reserve terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
No. Reserve prices are set separately and are not combined with promotion, welcome, bundle or affiliate codes. Ordinary store purchases are unaffected.
No. Reserve offers a limited assortment of materials chosen for each plan. A plan's contents are published when it is cleared for sale.
Yes, where it exists. Independent Certificates of Analysis are published for the materials that have them, and when a box's lot is recorded, its lot-specific documentation appears in your account. A general report is never presented as a particular shipment's lot.
