Research Use Only Policy

All products and materials presented by Elysium Bio Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or therapeutic use.

This policy applies to every material listed, ordered, shipped, or otherwise supplied by Elysium Bio Labs, and to all documentation and information provided about those materials. It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.

Materials are offered only to businesses, academic and research institutions, and qualified professionals acquiring them for legitimate research purposes. By placing an order you represent that you are acquiring materials in that capacity and are authorized to do so on behalf of your organization.

We may decline to accept, or may cancel, any order where eligibility cannot be reasonably established or where we believe the intended use is inconsistent with this policy.

Materials must be received, handled, and used only by personnel with the training and facilities appropriate to laboratory research materials, and in accordance with applicable institutional, safety, and ethical requirements.

Permitted uses are limited to in-vitro laboratory research, analytical method development, reference and comparison work, and similar non-clinical research activities carried out by qualified personnel in an appropriate setting.

Materials must not be administered to, ingested by, or otherwise used in or on humans or animals under any circumstances. They must not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, or preventative purposes.

We provide no dosing, administration, formulation-for-use, or clinical guidance of any kind, and nothing on this website should be interpreted as such guidance.

No material is a drug, medical device, food, cosmetic, or dietary supplement, and none is offered or represented as safe or effective for any human or veterinary purpose.

You must not resell, distribute, or transfer any material for a use prohibited by this policy, and you must pass equivalent research-use restrictions on to any authorized recipient.

You are responsible for the safe receipt, storage, handling, labelling, use, and disposal of all materials in accordance with the material's documentation, your institutional policies, and applicable laws.

You are responsible for confirming that your intended use is lawful and permitted in your jurisdiction before ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order, and to decline to supply any customer, where we reasonably suspect misuse, unlawful use, or use inconsistent with this policy.

Describing a material as “for research use only” does not, by itself, create or confer any regulatory exemption, approval, or classification. Determining and complying with the laws, rules, and institutional requirements that apply to you and your intended use is your responsibility.
