Reserve terms

Elysium Reserve (“Reserve”) is a research supply program of Elysium Bio Labs. Approved members buy a plan covering three calendar months (a “quarter”), paid once, and receive it as three scheduled monthly shipments.

All Reserve materials are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnosis, treatment or consumption.

Reserve is open to anyone of the age of majority in their province or state who is purchasing for laboratory research. Joining is free and takes no payment. You confirm research use when you join and your email address when you first open your account.

We may place a membership on hold, or close it, if Reserve materials appear to be used other than for research.

Each plan has one price for the full quarter, in Canadian dollars, which includes delivery of its three shipments. Any applicable tax is shown before you pay. A “monthly equivalent” is shown only for comparison; nothing is charged monthly.

A plan shown as “in review” has indicative pricing and cannot be purchased. A quarter’s price and contents are fixed when it begins; later changes to a plan apply only to quarters that begin afterward. Reserve prices cannot be combined with promotion, bundle, welcome or affiliate codes.

When you ask to begin a quarter, we send payment instructions for the full quarterly amount. The quarter begins on the date its payment is received and recorded; its three shipment dates and its end date are then shown in your account. Nothing is scheduled, reserved or shipped before payment.

Shipment one is prepared at the start of the quarter, and shipments two and three follow one and two calendar months later. Dates shown are scheduled dates; if a shipment will be late — for example while a material is being restocked — we will tell you, and your account shows its status. Shipments go to the address on your account, which you can change before a shipment is prepared.

Reserve never renews automatically, and we never charge for a new quarter without your authorization. During a quarter you may ask us, from your account, to prepare the next one, and choose its plan. That request is not a payment: the next quarter begins only after you approve it and its payment is received.

You may cancel from your account or by email at any time.

• Before your quarter’s first shipment is dispatched, a cancelled quarter is refunded in full.
• After that, the shipments not yet dispatched are cancelled and refunded at their share of the quarterly price — one third of it for each.
• A request that has not yet been paid can be withdrawn at no cost.
• Problems with a delivered shipment (damage, an incorrect item, a shipment that does not arrive) are handled under our refund policy.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, or as agreed with you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia) or other consumer protection law that applies to you.

We may place a membership on hold — pausing shipments not yet dispatched — while we resolve a payment, delivery or research-use question. We will tell you why. A hold does not forfeit anything you have paid for.

Independent Certificates of Analysis are published for the materials that have them. Lot details for a shipment appear in your account when that shipment is packed. A product-level report is never presented as a particular shipment’s lot.

Your Reserve card is a digital membership credential. It is not a payment card, carries no financial details, and its serial number identifies nothing beyond the card itself.

We use the information in your Reserve account to fulfil your quarters and contact you about them, as described in our privacy policy. Card details are never stored on our site. Questions: info@elysiumbiolabs.com.
