No. Every material is supplied for laboratory, analytical, and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic use, and we provide no dosing or administration information.

Payment is in Canadian dollars, and no card details are taken on the website. Within Canada you pay by Interac e-transfer. From the United States you pay by Wise, which converts at their rate and shows you the cost in your own currency before you confirm. Either way, you place the order first, receive an order number, and use that number as the message or reference so we can match your payment.

Placing an order at checkout submits an order request. An automated confirmation acknowledges that we received it — it does not by itself mean the order is accepted. We review each request for availability and accuracy, and confirm acceptance separately.

We ship Canada-wide. The shipping amount shown at checkout is an estimate based on your address and package; the final shipping charge is confirmed before payment is requested. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed dates.

Batch documentation is available on request where verified records exist for a material. Documentation describes a specific batch; analytical results relate only to the batch tested and are not transferred between batches.

Every orderable material is sold as a single vial, a 5-vial pack, or a 20-vial pack. Each option shows its total, the effective price per vial, and what it saves against buying the same number of vials one at a time. Five-vial orders ship free and tracked; twenty-vial orders ship free, insured, and signature-required.

Yes. The 20-vial bundle builder lets you combine any materials in any quantities, as long as they total exactly twenty vials — there is no requirement to choose in groups of five. Each vial is charged at that material's own bulk rate and the bundle price is those rates added together.

No. Five-vial, twenty-vial and mixed-bundle rates already contain their discount, so promotional codes do not reduce them further. If an order contains both single vials and bulk pricing, an eligible code applies to the single vials.

Materials are offered to businesses, research and academic institutions, and qualified professionals acquiring them for legitimate research purposes. We may decline or cancel any order that does not meet this requirement.

Yes — wholesale and institutional requests are quoted separately based on volume, presentation, and availability. Submitting a request is not an accepted contract, and shipping is quoted separately. You can submit a request on the Wholesale / Institutional page.
