Shipping Policy

We ship within Canada and to the United States. We do not ship to any other country at this time; any further destinations, and any charges that apply to them, would be described here before being offered.

Orders to the United States are charged a flat CA$30 for shipping, and shipping is free on orders over CA$200 — the same threshold that applies to Canadian orders.

All prices, shipping charges and totals on this site are in Canadian dollars, including for orders shipped to the United States. Your bank or card issuer converts the amount, and any conversion rate or foreign-transaction fee it applies is between you and them.

Parcels to the United States cross an international border, so delivery takes longer than a domestic order and transit times are less predictable. Customs processing can add delay that no carrier estimate accounts for.

Orders to the United States are sent on Delivered Duty Paid terms, because Canada Post withdrew the duty-unpaid option for US-bound shipments. Import duties and taxes are therefore paid by us, not collected from you on arrival. We declare shipments accurately and will not mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value.

Carriers occasionally assess a charge we cannot prepay. If that happens we will tell you before your parcel is affected, and we will not leave a shipment held for a charge you did not agree to.

Where a destination requires import permissions or documentation for the materials ordered, obtaining them is the recipient's responsibility. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be shipped lawfully.

We may be unable to ship to certain destinations, or may require additional verification, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where shipping cannot be completed appropriately.

Orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing begins only once your Interac e-transfer has been received and matched to your order.

The shipping amount shown at checkout is an estimate based on your destination and package information. It is not a guaranteed carrier rate. The final shipping charge is confirmed before payment is requested and may change if your address or package details are inaccurate or if carrier rates change.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post. Where tracking is available, a tracking number is provided after dispatch so you can follow your shipment through the carrier's official tracking service.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are estimates only — not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery is reflected by the carrier's tracking status, which is the authoritative source once a shipment is in transit.

Delivery may be delayed by destination, rural or remote locations, weather, volume, or carrier operational issues.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, additional charges, failed delivery, or returned packages.

The carrier may make one or more delivery attempts or leave a notice. Packages that cannot be delivered may be returned to us; re-shipping may require an additional shipping charge.

If tracking indicates a package is lost, or a package arrives damaged, contact us at info@elysiumbiolabs.com with your order number as soon as possible (see the Refund Policy for reporting windows) so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Materials are packaged for transport. Where a material has particular storage requirements, that information accompanies its documentation. You are responsible for prompt receipt and correct storage on arrival; we are not responsible for degradation caused by delayed receipt or improper storage after delivery.
